In order to meet the requirements of customers in various sectors for professional backgrounds, we always recruit resources from various sectors and industries . We select translators with a certain background, and invite them to test. Through strict review by our senior reviewers, we comprehensively evaluate their translation strength and potential, and finally determine the possibility to join our freelancer team. The previous statistical analysis shows that the pass rate of our translation candidates is about 3% .
Our in-house reviewers further improve the quality of the translation in terms of the accuracy, smoothness of expression and the professionalism of terminology. The proofreaders check and fill in the gaps in the translation in the proofreading process. In addition, the polishers make the final overall integration, and minimize low-level errors in the translation by using some QA tools.
