Project management covers understanding customer needs, schedule arrangement, resource allocation (translators, reviewers, DTPs, engineers, etc.), quality standards, prevention of possible risks, periodic confirmation of work progress and target achievement rate, acceptance, closure, review, etc. Without a good project management, there can be no good quality management. Project management, like translation technology, is a necessary platform for translation quality management system.
Translation is not just the conversion of words, but more importantly, it is to manage every link in the whole production process to ensure that the translation meets the customer's quality requirements within the time frame. Our project management personnel are quite experienced in project processing and familiar with the professional background of each translator, therefore they can give appropriate advice to the customers before accpeting the case,and select the most appropriate translators for different documents, and playing a competent role in communication and coordination throughout the process.
